This role is a Solution Area Specialist focused on selling Microsoft's Business Applications portfolio, including CRM, ERP, Power Apps, and Co-pilot Studio for AI agentic scenarios. The role involves strategic sales, customer engagement, solution leadership, and deal management, with a focus on driving digital transformation using AI-powered solutions and low-code/no-code platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic account planning and ROB cadences to align business priorities with Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio.
  2. Drive customer innovation by aligning business needs with Microsoft’s Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Co-pilot Studio.
  3. Lead technical conversations and workshops, leveraging deep knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI agentic capabilities.
  4. Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to deal closure, ensuring alignment with account strategy.
  5. Collaborate with Global Black Belts (GBBs) and engineering teams to address competitive blockers and shape future product direction.

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of experience in technology-related sales
  • focus on application platforms, CRM, ERP, or low-code/no-code technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to have

  • MBA or Master’s in Information Technology or related field
  • 12+ years of solution or services sales experience
