This role is a sales specialist for Microsoft's Business Applications portfolio, focusing on CRM, ERP, and Power Platform. While it involves discussions around AI agentic scenarios and Co-pilot Studio, the core function is sales and strategic account planning, not direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic account planning and ROB cadences to align business priorities with Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio.
  2. Drive customer innovation by aligning business needs with Microsoft’s Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Co-pilot Studio.
  3. Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to deal closure, ensuring alignment with account strategy.
  4. Lead technical conversations and workshops, leveraging deep knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI agentic capabilities.
  5. Validate and integrate partner solutions into customer engagements.
