Internship program for people with disabilities focused on supporting sales teams by identifying customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and positioning Microsoft solutions. The role involves event support, technical content distribution, opportunity creation, account targeting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting using tools like Power BI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in the execution of customer-facing technical workshops, webinars, and immersion sessions. This includes preparing invitations, managing logistics, supporting demo environments, and tracking attendee engagement and feedback.
  2. Share relevant technical content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, demos, product updates) with accounts via Microsoft-approved platforms. Ensure alignment with solution areas (AI, Security, Modern Work, Azure) and customer priorities.
  3. Support Solution Specialists and Technical Specialists in identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with Account Teams to analyze targeting data, filter accounts using tools like MSX and Customer Insights, and surface whitespace opportunities to drive technical solution conversations.
  5. Partner with opportunity owners to review pipeline health, validate technical stages (e.g., Proof of Concept, Technical Validation), and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Help identify stalled opportunities and escalate where needed.
  6. Monitor performance metrics such as opportunity progression, conversion rates, and workshop impact. Generate reports through Power BI and internal dashboards to provide insights that support leadership decision-making
