This role is a Solution Consultant for ServiceNow, focusing on commercial growth. The primary responsibilities involve assisting sales teams, demonstrating the product, scoping Proof of Concepts, and acting as a subject matter expert. What you'd actually do

  1. Assist sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
  2. Participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers
  3. Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners
  4. Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
  5. Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)

Skills

Required

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 1-3 years' experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology
  • Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customer’s business issue
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concept
