This role is a Solution Consultant for ServiceNow, focusing on commercial growth. The primary responsibilities involve assisting sales teams, demonstrating the product, scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Value engagements, and acting as a subject matter expert. While the role requires understanding how to integrate AI into work processes and leveraging AI-powered tools, its core function is sales support and product demonstration, not direct AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
  2. Participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers
  3. Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners
  4. Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
  5. Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)
