This role is for a Solution Consultant focused on Adobe's Firefly Enterprise Solutions, which leverage Generative AI for enterprise content creation. The consultant will lead customer workshops, deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts, and translate customer needs into concrete Adobe solutions. They will collaborate with sales and product teams, act as a voice of the customer, and stay updated on AI trends in the content production and marketing space. The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise workflows, GenAI capabilities, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to various stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead customer workshops, workflow assessments, and discovery sessions to surface critical business challenges and identify high-impact opportunities for GenAI-powered transformation across content production and marketing workflows
  2. Develop and deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts that bring Adobe Firefly Enterprise capabilities to life - tailored to each customer's objectives, workflows, and stakeholder audience
  3. Translate customer needs into concrete Adobe solutions involving Firefly Enterprise Solutions, Creative Cloud, AEM, Workfront, GenStudio, APIs, and creative automation - articulating the value of complex technical concepts clearly to audiences from practitioners to C-level
  4. Collaborate across sales, product teams, and forward deployed engineering to set the strategy and vision for GenAI opportunities, acting as the voice of the customer back into Adobe
  5. Champion the use of AI in your own consulting practice - using generative AI tools to build better demos, prepare faster, and engage customers with greater depth and creativity

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution selling environment
  • Proven track record of success across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding of marketing and content production workflows in large enterprises
  • Experience with solutions involving generative AI, APIs, and automation technologies
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value narratives for non-technical audiences up to C-level
  • Design thinking and customer-centric methodologies
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions, GenStudio, or comparable GenAI platforms
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools
  • Genuine curiosity about the implications of GenAI for enterprise content operations and brand workflows at scale
