Solution Developer - Demos Engineering

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Developer for their Demos Engineering team. This role involves front- and back-end development on the Salesforce platform, focusing on making demo assets deployable on demand. The developer will collaborate with Product Managers to define and design new features, innovate solutions using Salesforce APIs, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development and optimize workflows. A key aspect is designing and orchestrating complex systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows and contributing to the shared system context for AI reliability. The role also requires evaluating code (human or AI-generated) for quality and security, and adhering to DevOps and release management processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with Product Managers to help define and design new features that showcase the latest capabilities of the platform.
  2. Innovate creative solutions using Salesforce APIs to automate repetitive Salesforce configuration and save SEs time.
  3. Leverage top-of-the-line AI tools (such as generative AI and intelligent coding assistants) to accelerate development, optimize internal workflows, and drive exceptional team productivity and results.
  4. Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows, driving efficiency and innovation at scale.
  5. Critically evaluate code (human or AI-generated) for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
