Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer specializing in Agentforce and Data 360 to propose, demonstrate, and support AI-driven CRM solutions. This role involves close collaboration with sales, development, and marketing teams to drive customer success and market adoption of Salesforce's AI capabilities in Japan.

What you'd actually do

  1. 関連部門と密接に連携し、担当領域における適切なソリューション、アーキテクチャ提案を実施
  2. お客様、パートナー様、および社内関連部門に製品の価値を正しく伝え、課題を解決するためのソリューション構築と効果的なデモンストレーションを実施
  3. 社内の関連部門や提案チーム、パートナーや顧客からの技術的な質問に対して迅速かつ正確に回答する
  4. 社内関連部門やパートナー様へのセミナー、ベストプラクティス、ナレッジシェア等を実施
  5. セミナーやイベントでの登壇、プレゼンテーション、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援し、ソリューションを市場へ広く価値訴求する活動を実施

Skills

Required

  • Software product sales or implementation experience (pre-sales engineer/architect/system engineer)
  • Consulting and solution design experience
  • Presentation/demonstration experience for customers, seminars, and events
  • Ability to listen to customer business needs and analyze issues
  • Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and solve technical problems
  • Multitasking and ability to execute tasks with speed
