Solution Engineer - Italian Speaking

UiPath is seeking a Solution Engineer fluent in Italian to join their team, focusing on commercial accounts in the EMEA region. This role involves blending technical expertise with business acumen to support the sales process, identify customer pain points, and translate them into tailored, value-driven solutions. Responsibilities include participating in account strategy, leading presales activities, conducting demos, designing solutions, resolving technical concerns, and evangelizing UiPath solutions. The role also involves building solutions for industry verticals, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with product teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of technical, business, and sales skills, with experience in client-facing roles, process discovery, automation solutions, and AI technologies like LLMs and agents. Knowledge of the UiPath platform and cloud technologies is beneficial.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team
  2. Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly
  3. Lead end-to-end Presales activities & create strong value propositions
  4. Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
  5. Ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s, contextualized demos and powerful PoV’s

Skills

Required

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Demonstrable track record in a client-facing, e.g. Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect positions
  • Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven experience, building strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents
  • Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology
  • Driven approach with a solution selling mindset
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel
