Solution Engineer (pre-sales) – Oracle Hcm Solutions

This role is a Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales) for Oracle HCM Solutions. The primary focus is on partnering with sales teams to understand client requirements, propose tailored HCM solutions, and lead discovery sessions. The role involves designing solution architectures, creating product demonstrations, and supporting the sales cycle with RFI/RFP responses. A key aspect is advocating for Oracle's AI and Agentic AI capabilities and showcasing them in presentations and proof-of-concepts. The ideal candidate has strong HCM domain expertise, business consulting skills, and sales acumen, with excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored HCM solutions.
  2. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and process discussions with prospects and customers.
  3. Design process flows, solution architectures, and product demonstrations based on customer needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
  5. Advocate Oracle’s AI and Agentic AI capabilities.

Skills

Required

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • At least 5 years of experience with HCM processes and technologies, as an HRIS professional, solutions engineer, HR transformation or implementation consultant.
  • Ability to engage with CHROs, HR leaders, HRBPs, HRIS teams, and senior stakeholders, and help shape and optimize HR processes including Core, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Attendance, and more.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and committed to high quality.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on knowledge of leading HCM solutions such as Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
