Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer Support role to assist Solution Engineers in providing technical solutions to customers. This role involves creating and maintaining demo environments, producing demo videos with AI narration, and supporting proposal documentation. The position is specifically for individuals with disabilities and focuses on supporting the sales engineering team in the commercial business unit targeting small to medium-sized businesses.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in creating demos for customer proposals and events by configuring Salesforce environments.
  2. Update and maintain shared Salesforce demo environments with the latest data and features.
  3. Record and edit demo videos according to scripts, adding AI-generated narration.
  4. Provide support for creating and modifying external presentation slides based on SE requests.
  5. Perform administrative support for daily operations, including organizing information for team management.

Skills

Required

  • Native level Japanese
  • Self-understanding of disability and readiness for stable work
  • Problem-solving skills (ability to research independently and ask colleagues questions)
  • Basic computer skills and IT proficiency (e.g., MS Office, Google Sheets)
  • Basic video creation and editing experience
  • Experience creating proposal and sales materials for customers and external parties (using MS PowerPoint/Google Slides, modifying templates and fonts)
  • Ability to learn new technologies and products with strong curiosity
  • Teamwork skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in system development or programming
  • Presales or consulting experience
  • Experience with video production/generation/editing and narration applications (e.g., QuickTime Player, Camtasia, VOICEPEAK)
  • English proficiency (understanding global content, TOEIC 600)
  • Experience with CRM products like Salesforce
  • Experience with communication tools like Slack
