組織概要
Solution Engineer（ソリューションエンジニア：SE）は、Account Executive（アカウントエグゼクティブ：AE）と言われる営業担当と協力し、お客様のビジネス課題を解決するための最適なソリューションを技術的な側面から提案します。一般的に「プリセールスエンジニア」や「技術営業」とも呼ばれるSEは、技術的なスキルとセールススキルの強力な組み合わせを基盤に、お客様の信頼を築き、長期的なインパクトを生み出すことが期待されます。
今回募集するCBU（コマーシャルビジネスユニット：Commercial Business Unit） SEチームは、全国の従業員数300名未満の中小企業、特にベンチャー企業を中心としたお客様をターゲットに、ソリューション提案活動を行なっています。
私たちは、お客様のビジネス課題を深く理解し、その解決策を具体的にイメージしてもらうためのカスタマイズデモを作成・実施します。また、営業担当と共にアカウントプランや提案書の作成、セミナーやイベントでの登壇など、多岐にわたる活動を通じて、お客様の成功を力強く支援しています。
さらに、日々の提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かして、各業界向けのソリューションマップや業界特化デモ、提案書テンプレート、SalesPlay（特定の製品やサービスを売るための体系的な営業シナリオ）などの作成も行っています。
職務概要
今回募集する『Solution Engineer Support』は、Solutionsチームの一員として、SEが効果的に営業活動を遂行できるよう、Salesforceの製品デモやデモ動画の作成、各種提案資料の作成支援などを担い、お客様の課題を解決する最適なソリューション提案に貢献いただきます。
主な役割と責任
具体的には、以下の業務を主に担当いただきますが、これらに限定されるものではありません。
1.デモの作成支援
お客様への提案やイベントで利用するデモの作成を支援
- SEが立案した内容を、Salesforce環境上に設定
共有のSalesforceデモ環境のデータ更新や機能の最新化メンテナンス
※Salesforceの学習は入社後に必要なトレーニングを受講いただきます
- デモ動画作成
- 作成したデモを、SEが作成したスクリプトに従って操作し、動画として録画
- 録画した動画を不要部分の削除、時間の調整などを行い見やすい状態に加工
- 加工した動画に、AI音声ナレーションソフトを使って音声を付加
- その他サポート業務
- SEの依頼に基づき、社外向けの簡単なスライド作成や部分的な修正
- チーム運営に必要な情報整理など日常業務の事務サポート
※本募集業務は、直接的にお客様への営業提案活動を行うものではなく、技術営業を担うSEを支援する役割です。技術的な知識やスキルをベースに、SEやAEなど社内関係者と連携しながら業務遂行していただきます。
**必須スキル **
- 日本語（ネイティブレベル）
- ご自身の障害を自己理解できており、安定して働く準備が整っている
- 問題解決能力（自発的に社内SNSやGoogle検索で調べて、同僚に質問できる）
- 基本的なパソコンスキル＆ユーザとしてITに強い（MS OfficeやGoogle スプレッドシートなどが問題なく使える）
- 簡単な動画作成・加工の経験
- お客様や社外向けの提案資料、営業資料の作成経験（MS Power Point/Google Slideによる作成、テンプレートやフォントの修正）
- 新しい技術や製品を学習する能力、強い探究心
- チームで仕事をする能力
歓迎スキル
システム開発やプログラミングなどに携わった経験
プリセールスまたはコンサルティング経験
下記のような動画制作・生成・加工編集、音声ナレーションなどの各種アプリケーションソフトの使用経験
- 画面録画：QuickTime Player（クイックタイム プレイヤー）など
- 動画編集・加工：Camtasia（カムタジア）など
- 音声合成、ナレーション：VOICEPEAK（ボイスピーク）など
英語（Globalコンテンツの理解、TOEIC600程度)
Salesforce等のCRM製品の利用経験
Slack等のコミュニケーションツールの利用経験
**勤務条件 **
- 弊社のオフィス、もしくは在宅での勤務となります。
- リモート環境でも、チームメンバーと連携しながら自律的に業務を遂行できる方。（主にSlackやGoogle MeetのWEB会議を通じて情報のやり取りを行います）
