Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineering leader (Manager, Sr Manager, Director, Sr Director) to guide customers in their digital transformation journeys using AI CRM and Agentforce technologies. The role involves leading and developing a team of Solution Engineers, collaborating with sales and product teams to craft compelling value propositions, and shaping impactful solutions aligned with customer success. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in pre-sales or sales, a strong understanding of cloud computing and enterprise applications, and a passion for innovation and customer-centric approaches.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within strategy, management consulting, or sales organizations, with expertise in pre-sales, sales, and project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and the ability to articulate their business benefits clearly
  • Proficiency in IT architecture, enterprise applications, and business process integration.
  • Deep knowledge of design thinking and human-centred approaches to innovation and problem-solving.
