Solution Sales Executive for Moveworks, an Agentic AI Assistant platform acquired by ServiceNow. The role focuses on market success of AI products built on ServiceNow's Service Management platform, enabling enterprise processes through natural language interaction with business systems. Responsibilities include territory strategy, account planning support, customer value envisioning, and coaching sales teams on specialty solution areas.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding, account use case targeting and execution
  2. Provide input to AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation
  3. Ensure recommendation to territory strategy and account planning is aligned with Now Value principles
  4. Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and support development of strategy by partnering with rest of account team, customer and partners.
  5. Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement and team based on engagement model

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win
  • Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/ customer service role
  • Understanding of business sales processes
