What You Will Do
- Lead strategic sales and business development initiatives to accelerate Oracle EPM market expansion and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned to organizational priorities and long-term business outcomes.
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and key decision-makers across enterprise organizations.
- Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for high-value customer engagements and transformational initiatives.
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Value Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Mentor and influence team members through leadership, knowledge-sharing, and best-practice execution.
- Champion the “Why Oracle” story by articulating the differentiated value of Oracle’s unified, multi-pillar cloud strategy.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to influence go-to-market strategy and pipeline development.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable business impact.
- Consistently deliver against aggressive growth targets and organizational objectives.
- Travel as required to support executive customer engagement and strategic initiatives.

- Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts and executive stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving organizational growth
- Experience working within matrixed, global organizations and cross-functional leadership environments
- Prior leadership or team mentorship experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of EPM market trends, competitive positioning, and enterprise financial transformation

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $135,200 to $270,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.
