What you'd actually do

  1. Develop custom Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows and automation.
  2. Coordinate IAM solutions for Password or secret management tool including CyberArk or HashiCorp Vault.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications and infrastructure focused on IAM solutions.
  4. Drive application onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of new applications.
  5. Implement and manage cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability and performance.

Skills

Required

  • Data security, risk management, and compliance frameworks
  • Identity and Access management (IAM), including familiarity with MFA, SSO, Active Directory, and Standard API Protocols
  • Utilizing cloud security and hybrid IAM implementations in Azure or AWS platform
  • Creating documentation for access provisioning processes and procedures using MS Word, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Managing a product backlog using JIRA, JIRA Align, or PI supporting the strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Tracking product success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability
  • Navigating complex environments with multiple cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
  • Collaborating with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable data products
  • Communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including business users and customers to deliver successful outcomes across the product
