Solutions Architect for Synthesia, a leading AI video platform for business. The role focuses on customer adoption, value, and business impact by designing solutions, leading implementations, and acting as a technical advisor. It involves working with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful deployment and operationalization of the platform, demonstrating its capabilities, and gathering customer feedback for platform evolution. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead customer implementations end-to-end , ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability.
  2. Design architectures that map Synthesia’s capabilities to high-value customer use cases.
  3. Partner with Sales on solution scoping, proposals, API demos, and deal strategy.
  4. Build proofs of concept to demonstrate the art of the possible and accelerate customer buy-in.
  5. Create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns that help us scale how we deliver value.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environment
  • Strong project & stakeholder management across multiple workstreams
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, workflows, or integrations
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to engage technical and executive teams
  • A commercial mindset — understanding how architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a builder mentality — with comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment
