What you'd actually do

  1. Offer pre-sales technical assistance for the implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions.
  2. Apply comprehensive product knowledge to provide technical support to sales personnel and customers through captivating sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  3. Assist sales teams in evaluating potential applications of company products to meet customer requirements.
  4. Prepare detailed product specifications for the creation and rollout of customer solutions.
  5. Offer consultation to prospective users and conduct product capability assessments and validations.

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience in providing technical support and expertise in a pre-sales environment.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Adobe products and their applications.
  • Strong capability to deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Proficiency in drafting comprehensive product specifications and development schedules.
  • Background in fast prototyping and crafting mini-apps according to client demands.
  • Excellent consultation and assessment skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutions.

  • Technology focus on AJO, CDP, Campaign ,CJA or in competitive CXO Martech Stacks like SFDC, ORACLE Marketing cloud etc
