Box is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their Customer Success organization. This role will work with customers to define and build complex solutions using Box's platform, focusing on enterprise AI and content management. The Solutions Architect will advise on application design, data migration, and integrations, acting as a trusted technical advisor to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. The Solutions Architect is part of the Customer Success organization and the Box Consulting team, and works across Box and with customers to define and build out complex solutions.
  2. You will play a critical role in building and sustaining customer and partner relationships while driving the adoption of the Box product and platform.
  3. The Solutions Architect also works closely with sales and field teams to maximize opportunities by understanding customer needs, envisioning a future state, and helping customers get there.
  4. On any day, you could be advising an enterprise on how to design an application for a custom document vault or helping a customer migrate millions of files into Box.
  5. The next, you may be advising another on how to best integrate Box into their custom CRM.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience
  • Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (i.e. APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, rate limits, etc.)
  • Experience working with one or more of the following: Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET , Visualforce.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
  • Ability to distill complex technical solutions and industry solutions into their digestible parts
