This role is for a Technical Architect within Braze's Expert Services organization. The primary focus is on delivering outcome-based technical services and bespoke solutions across the customer lifecycle, specializing in architecting integrations, data strategies, and customer-centric use cases to maximize the value of the Braze Platform. The role involves understanding client requirements, achieving fast time-to-value, and tailoring the product through consultation. While the role requires staying current with AI/ML trends, its core function is platform integration and solution design for customers, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a highly technical resource, responsible for delivering outcome-based technical services and bespoke technical solutions across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
  2. Own and drive complex technical projects and workstreams to successful completion, specializing in architecting integrations, sophisticated data strategies, and customer-centric use case design to unlock the full value of the Braze Platform.
  3. Be a key driving force of technical and product expertise, working alongside Sales, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Partners, Product and Engineering, and Technical Support.
  4. Rapidly understand each client’s business and technical requirements, helping them achieve fast time-to-value from their investment in Braze.
  5. Tailor Braze’s product to their needs by effectively articulating and positioning the value of Braze via workshops, meetings, written communication, and general consultation.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact, custom technical engagements that drive tangible outcomes
