This role is a Solutions Architect for Zendesk's Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform, focusing on pre-sales technical scoping and designing customized solutions for clients. It involves deep technical expertise in AWS (Connect and other services) and SaaS applications within a CCaaS environment, translating business needs into technical proposals and ensuring seamless project delivery. The role is customer-facing and requires strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts and build confidence in proposed solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Pre-Sales Technical Scoping. Provide expert technical support to the sales team by analyzing customer requirements and recommending the most effective use of Zendesk products and services.
  2. Create detailed professional services estimates and proposals for the development and implementation of new customer solutions.
  3. Articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive-level decision-makers, to build confidence in our proposed solution.
  4. Maintain deep technical expertise across Zendesk for Contact Center product suite, leading technical discussions and providing expert recommendations.
  5. Partner closely with the Professional Services team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales cycle to project delivery, setting the implementation team up for success.
