Solutions Architect (emea North)

Snowflake Snowflake · Data AI · Finland, Finland · Remote · Professional Services

This Solutions Architect role focuses on helping customers leverage Snowflake's data platform, which is increasingly powering the 'agentic enterprise'. The role involves post-sales customer engagement, guiding them through data journeys, solution design, and integration with broader data architectures. While AI is mentioned as a context for the 'agentic enterprise', the core responsibilities revolve around data platform implementation, data warehousing, and data engineering, rather than direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. We help customers on their data journey with Snowflake, which is very fast becoming the central data platform for companies big and small.
  2. This journey might start with our migrations team, who help our customers to plan and execute the migration of their data to Snowflake.
  3. Or it might begin with a Quick Start consultation, where we simultaneously explain best practices for working with Snowflake and translate them to our customers' specific use case.
  4. After a period of time we might return to analyse our customers progress and provide further guidance.
  5. We might also look at specific topics such as their security posture.
