What you'd actually do

  1. Work with customers through their dbt Cloud journey: from discovery, demos, & evaluations all the way through product adoption & expansion
  2. Become an expert in a) designing enterprise-grade data pipelines in dbt Cloud and b) articulating the business value dbt Cloud accrues to customers
  3. Collaborate with customer contacts to achieve architecture & security approval for dbt Cloud
  4. Team across departments to build the dbt ecosystem and go-to-market motion (i.e. present at Marketing events, enable Partners, collaborate with Customer Support & Professional Services)
  5. Act as the voice of the customer internally, e.g. surfacing customer feedback or weighing in on product roadmap
