Solutions Architect role focused on driving adoption of Mistral AI's enterprise AI platform and models through pre-sales, implementation, and customer success activities with partners. This role involves technical discovery, onboarding updates, enablement, creating assets, supporting deal progression, experimenting with new models/features, guiding API deployments, and fine-tuning models. It requires strong Python, cloud architecture, and AI/ML deployment skills, with a focus on customer-facing interactions and project management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute on effective technical discovery with partners to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives
  2. Help onboard AI Platform and model updates to strategic partner platforms
  3. Drive enablement at scale across strategic partner technical and sales teams
  4. Create and update assets for partner enablement portal: technical decks and docs, enablement videos, reference architectures, etc.
  5. Be the “user zero” to crash-test and experiment on newly-deployed models, features and tools in order to proactively document them, suggest fixes and improvements and escalate more in-depth feedback to the engineering teams.
