What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the technical strategy for accounts within the Benelux region - assessing a customer’s architecture and provide strategic guidance and deep technical expertise addressing problems that span multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders, from data & AI practitioners, business domains and all the way up to C-level.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving alignment through negotiations and ensuring long-term technical commitment.
  3. Abstract learnings from your builds into reusable patterns and guidance for the wider Databricks community, anticipating objections before they surface.
  4. Move beyond "proof of concept" to deliver outcomes the business can measure, using adoption signals to ensure sustained customer impact.
  5. Coach junior team members on technical discovery and complex use-case prioritisation, helping the team maintain high standards at sustained velocity.
