Solutions Architect for an enterprise Work AI platform, focusing on post-sale customer technical advisory, building prototypes, integrations, and driving expansion of AI assistants and agents. Requires strong software development skills (Python, Java, Go) and hands-on experience with AI applications like RAG, chatbots, and agentic workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build working prototypes, tools, and integrations using Glean APIs (Indexing, Search, Chat), RAG workflows, MCP tools, and agent frameworks — directly with and for customers.
  2. Onboard new data sources and implement custom integrations of Glean into customer work environments and business application architectures.
  3. Identify and drive expansion opportunities — including AI assistants, agents, and API-driven applications — within each customer's architecture.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for your assigned customers, from log analysis to end-to-end transaction tracing.
  5. Work with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements based on patterns you observe across customer engagements.

Skills

Required

  • Software development experience in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications: RAG pipelines, chatbots, AI assistants, or agentic workflows using LLMs.
  • API and custom data integration experience in a Hybrid or SaaS environment.
  • Technical debugging: log analysis, code analysis, end-to-end transaction tracing.
  • Networking expertise: a deep understanding of networking, including cloud and on-premise networking.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Indexing, Search, or Chat APIs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI developer tooling such as LangChain, vector databases, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Developer Relations, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Technical Customer Delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies in at least one of the following:
  • Pre or Post-sales Solution Architect experience in a product-led company is a huge plus.
