Solutions Architect - Total Rewards

Netflix is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Compensation and Benefits systems to join their Talent (HR) Technology Engineering team. This role will cover end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for their Total Rewards domain, with a strong focus on integrating and optimizing core platforms, Workday, Beqom benefits and compensation and related HR technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Configure and manage the Workday, Beqom and Total Rewards platforms
  2. Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end processes between 3P platforms and Workday. This role will work closely with HR, Engineering, vendors, and third-party integrators to optimize talent workflows and ensure data integrity across platforms
  3. Partner with stakeholders to define and enhance compensation, benefits, internal mobility, and leave processes
  4. Troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity, synchronization, and security across platforms
  5. Support the rollout of new features across SaaS platforms
