What you'd actually do

  1. Design and implement tailored customer workspaces, optimizing workflows, member management, and best practices
  2. Develop and execute change management strategies, including engagement, communication, and learning plans to drive seamless adoption
  3. Lead end-to-end professional services engagements, from supporting with scoping and discovery right through to execution and delivery
  4. Provide expert guidance on workspace architecture, permissions, security, and scalability
  5. Deliver professional services solutions across the Notion ecosystem, including with our Partners, to align with customer needs and business goals
