What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct structured discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, and decision criteria
  2. Identify key value drivers and align solutions to measurable business outcomes
  3. Own the solution narrative: Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect directly to customer needs
  4. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value
  5. Drive deal strategy with Sales, including partnering with Account Executives to develop deal strategy and influence customer decisions

Skills

Required

  • 3 - 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to diagnose business problems, not just respond to requirements
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in evolving environments
  • Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, improve, and refine your approach
