Iterable is seeking a Solutions Consultant for their AI-powered customer engagement platform. This pre-sales role involves working with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to understand prospect challenges, devise solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations. The role requires technical curiosity, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Martech, mobile integrations, APIs, and data flow. The goal is to help close enterprise SaaS deals by showcasing the value of the Iterable platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives to assess prospect challenges, think critically to devise solutions, and strategize how to present that information
  2. Generate excitement around the Iterable platform by delivering compelling demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences
  3. Investigate prospects' technical landscape to provide a seamless integration recommendation
  4. Support prospects from initial scoping through to successful handoff to our Professional Services team
  5. Play a major role in helping to close large SaaS enterprise deals

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years in a similar presales role, preferably SaaS and/or MarTech
  • Technically curious and self-motivated
  • Strong understanding and knowledge in any of the following areas, particularly in the Martech ecosystem: Mobile Integration/SDKs, APIs, Data Flow/Integrations, MarTech Stack Ecosystem
  • Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team players who are willing to constantly iterate and drive results
