Solutions Consultant for an AI-powered customer engagement platform, focusing on pre-sales, technical presentations, and guiding prospects on how to leverage the platform's AI capabilities for MarTech ecosystems. The role involves understanding prospect challenges, devising solutions, delivering demonstrations, and supporting SaaS deals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with our Account Executives to assess prospect challenges, think critically to devise solutions, and strategize how to present that information
  2. Generate excitement around the Iterable platform by delivering compelling demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences
  3. Guide prospects and customers through structured platform evaluations and trials by aligning on success criteria, designing use-case driven test plans to help teams confidently make buying decisions
  4. Investigate prospects' technical landscape to provide a seamless integration recommendation
  5. Help prospects see the potential of Iterable AI by brainstorming innovative use cases, validating feasibility, and translating opportunities into practical next steps that drive measurable impact
