This role provides pre-sales technical support for Adobe's complex products and applications, focusing on demonstrating and implementing solutions for customers. It involves creating detailed specifications, building mini-applications, and consulting with prospective users. While the company uses AI, this role is customer-facing and focuses on product demonstration and sales support, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hands-on demonstrations of Adobe Creative / Document Cloud applications to help customers reimagine business problems, improve operations to provision and roll out the software
  2. Support our Channel Sales Teams through discovery and creative skills to design materials to uncover customer gaps and match them with the right solution.
  3. Engage 1:1 with existing customers so that they can better understand, use and integrate Adobe Solutions
  4. Work with a team of dedicated Solution Consultants to help customers address quantifiable business problems.
