New Relic is seeking a Solutions Consultant II in Japan to deliver their observability platform to customers. This role involves technical sales, customer presentations, building demos, and providing technical support to ensure customers effectively utilize New Relic's solutions. The role requires collaboration with sales, technical account managers, and marketing teams to understand customer business needs and demonstrate how New Relic's SaaS solutions address them.

What you'd actually do

  1. お客様にNew Relicソリューションの価値が伝わるよう、New Relicコンサルティングの知識を提供する
  2. New Relicのソリューション、お客様の要件に関連した価値を明確に説明したカスタマープレゼンテーション作成や、説得力のある顧客向け概念実証デモを構築し提示する
  3. New Relicソリューションを広めるために、イベント登壇や技術資料の作成、トレーニングなどを提供する
  4. New RelicのSales、Solution Consultant、Technical Account Managerと商談機会について協働する

Skills

Required

  • Customer facing experience in projects or sales activities
  • 3+ years of experience as a Pre-sales Engineer, Technical Consultant/Architect, System Operations Administrator, or Software Developer
  • Interest in and self-driven learning of the latest technologies
  • Knowledge, experience, or interest in application/infrastructure operations such as operational monitoring and system management design
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
  • Reading and writing English at a level sufficient for text communication with overseas members via Slack or email

Nice to have

  • Practical work experience with programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python
