Solutions Consultant for Figma's platform, focusing on enterprise accounts. This role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to showcase Figma's value, lead technical discussions, demos, and solution design to help customers achieve their goals. It involves addressing customer IT and security questions, collaborating with Product, and designing technical sales efforts. The role is consultative and customer-facing, not directly involved in building or developing AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations
  2. Support the Sales team by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery to customers
  3. Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise questions
  4. Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and help influence the product roadmap
  5. Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations and connections between our customers, sales and product teams

Skills

Required

  • SaaS sales engineering or solution consulting experience
  • Positioning technology pre-sales
  • Establishing success criteria and leading evaluations
  • Enterprise SaaS ecosystem familiarity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Front end development or developer lifecycle experience
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and balance needs

Nice to have

  • Experience using or working with Figma
  • UX/UI experience
