Solutions Enablement Manager

This role focuses on enabling sales teams to articulate the value of Adobe's AI-powered creativity and productivity solutions to enterprise customers. It involves developing training programs, content, and collateral, and gathering field feedback to inform product roadmaps. What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Solutions Enablement: Develop and deliver training and enablement tools, content, and resources for global Enterprise Sales teams.
  2. Develop Sales-Ready Solutions Content: Build crisp, actionable sales collateral that shows sellers how to position, articulate, and land solution value.
  3. Strengthen Solution Roadmap with Field Voice: Surface sales team feedback for new capabilities, integrations, and roadmap investments to unlock deeper solution potential for customers.
  4. Align with Cross Functional Teams: Collaborate with GTM, product marketing, sales operations, and field teams to ensure consistency in sales play execution.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of sales or enablement experience in creativity or productivity business solutions, or related fields within SaaS, productivity software, or enterprise technology.
  • Exceptional project and program management skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate solutions into business value.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering with GTM, product marketing, sales operations, and sales.
