What you'd actually do

  1. Provide solution engineering support for all field resources including Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers, and Global Solutions Sales Executives.
  2. Responsible for lifecycle sustaining engineering support (discovering, solution and proposal).
  3. Handle moves, adds and changes (MACD).
  4. Provide sustaining engineering support for large complex solutions.
  5. Support activities related to account development.
