Solutions Engineer

This role is for a Solutions Engineer at an AI Customer Service company. The Solutions Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating the value of Intercom's AI solutions throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include technical discovery, solution reviews, designing POCs, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. The role requires strong technical acumen, pre-sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead technical discovery to identify and address our customers’ needs
  2. Deliver an exceptional pre-sales experience by articulating Intercom's value and technical expertise
  3. Conduct impactful, value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions
  4. Design and lead tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase Intercom's capabilities
  5. Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions, utilizing standardized materials and escalating complex issues
