Solutions Engineer - Enterprise Accounts

This is a Solutions Engineer role focused on enterprise accounts within F5, a cybersecurity company. The role involves working with channel partners and end-user customers to achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs, designing technical solutions using F5 products, and providing technical expertise through presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. The emphasis is on consultative sales, building trusted advisor relationships, and enabling partners to independently drive F5 solutions sales. While the company operates in the digital world and focuses on application security, the role itself is not directly involved in building or shipping AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand the customer’s needs and business goals, and then design a technical solution which can create a new customer service or solve customer business problems
  2. As a trusted advisor, provide Technical expertise through sales presentations, Solution designs, Solution demonstrations, Proof of Concepts
  3. Design differentiating solutions and articulate business value of F5 Solutions
  4. Provide solution designs, and systems engineering configurations
  5. Participate in the development and support of content (presentations, VP’s, use cases…) for customers and partners
