Solutions Engineer for Notion's Enterprise segment, focusing on driving complex evaluations, designing scalable architectures, and guiding executive stakeholders from pilot to global rollout. This role partners with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to run discovery, deliver demos and POCs, and advise on security, governance, and integrations. The role also involves capturing product feedback, contributing enablement content, and documenting learnings. While not requiring deep AI expertise, curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools are expected.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with AEs on strategic opportunities in the Enterprise segment to understand goals, risks, and success criteria across business and technical stakeholders
  2. Lead discovery and design solution approaches in Notion that span knowledge management, projects, and databases, including data modeling and information architecture at scale
  3. Deliver persuasive executive‑level presentations & demos, and facilitate hands‑on pilots/POCs that prove value, adoption, and measurable ROI
  4. Guide enterprise security, privacy, and procurement processes including RFPs, DPA reviews, and risk assessments in partnership with Security and Legal
  5. Build proof‑of‑concepts and example workspaces that showcase how Notion consolidates point tools and enables cross‑functional workflows

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions/Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar)
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise deals
  • Experience with multiple stakeholders, security reviews, and procurement cycles
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Project leadership skills
  • Ability to run multiple evaluations in parallel
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Notion
  • Experience working in early stage companies & building processes
  • Exposure to AI/automation use cases and platform extensibility
  • Experience with AI Agents and integrations with AI systems like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Salesforce
