Solutions Engineer - Enterprise

This role supports Enterprise business sales by leveraging technical expertise to design and present wireless communication solutions that address customer needs. It involves engaging in pre-sales activities such as consulting with customers, analyzing coverage, and developing tailored solutions using wireless network technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Consult with customers to identify business challenges and develop tailored wireless communication solutions that meet their needs
  2. Design and architect technical solutions by analyzing network coverage and presenting product roadmaps and device demonstrations
  3. Maintain and update technical knowledge of wireless networks, devices, and industry trends through ongoing training and certification
  4. Support sales teams by providing technical input during presentations, responding to inquiries, and assisting with request for proposal processes
  5. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
