This role provides technical expertise to support SMB sales teams in designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs. It involves consulting on customer opportunities, analyzing network coverage, and assisting with in-building coverage requests, requiring expert knowledge of wireless devices and network technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
  2. Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
  3. Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
  4. Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
  5. Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts

Required

  • Technical Leadership

Nice to have

  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
  • 4-7 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment.
  • Experience supporting Small Medium Business Accounts
