Vanta is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical discussions with prospects and customers, ensuring they can fully utilize Vanta's product for their security goals. This role involves working pre and post-sales, providing market feedback, supporting trials, and building resources. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical customer-facing experience, B2B SaaS background, cloud platform knowledge, and strong project management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the technical relationship with our commercial prospects/customers
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our product capabilities, integrations, configurations messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  3. Listen carefully to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritise functionality needed to drive sales opportunities
  4. Support customers thought their trial process with Vanta
  5. Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources for our customers
