Deel is seeking a Solutions Engineer for their White Label Sales team in APAC. This role involves partnering with sales teams to showcase Deel's White Label offering to prospective clients, assessing client needs, responding to RFPs, and demonstrating the platform's value. The Solutions Engineer will act as the technical voice during sales cycles and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant, with a background in White Label or HCM organizations and understanding of HCM/ERP payroll integrations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with our go-to-market teams to showcase the value of Deel’s White Label Platform to deliver technical wins.
  2. Consult with prospective customers to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement & optimisation.
  3. Act as the technical voice during sales cycles — owning solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations & integration workshops.
  4. Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity, & refine value messaging.
  5. Constructive disruption — challenge the status quo, always looking for opportunities to scale, improve & refine.
