You will be a member of Apple’s organization responsible for driving Generative AI and Data Platforms for Apple’s enterprise. The enterprise data warehouse manages petabytes of data, processing billions of rows daily to provide insights and enable informed business decisions. This team delivers data analytics, machine learning, and data science solutions to Apple business groups. Our team champions enterprise Generative AI by delivering platforms and solutions that transform how we work.
We are looking for an AI Solutions Lead to design and drive the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale data and AI solutions with significant business impact. This role stays close to the work—shaping solutions and guiding teams through execution—while partnering directly with business stakeholders to turn ideas into shipped outcomes.
Description
You will lead requirements discovery and design end-to-end AI and data solutions, owning key architectural decisions. You are expected not only to understand how systems work, but to define how they should work in production—balancing data foundations, automation, and Generative AI workflows.
You will remain hands-on where it adds value, prototyping or building targeted solution components to validate approaches and accelerate delivery. A strong business and user orientation is critical. You will work directly with stakeholders to shape solutions, drive adoption, identify risks early, and ensure clear communication across fast-moving, globally distributed teams.

Design and delivery of high-visibility data and AI solutions from discovery through production Drive roadmaps, execution plans, and clear communication of progress and risks Partner with business stakeholders to frame problems, shape solutions, and drive adoption Influence global AI & Data Platform evolution based on real enterprise needs
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of enterprise data platforms (inc. SQL, ETL, data warehouse & distributed data) Hands on coding skills in Python or Java Experience building production AI or ML solutions Ability to engage business stakeholders and frame requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics or large-scale data processing Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI or Generative AI solutions Strong architectural judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
