Solutions Marketing Manager

This role is for a Solutions Marketing Manager with a product marketing background and industry marketing knowledge. The person will be responsible for developing Glean's marketing approach for specific departmental use cases and personas, as well as developing ROI tools and methodologies for communicating business value. This includes creating persona materials, developing messaging, outbound lead generation strategy, partnership strategy, and building assets like sales enablement tools, website copy, whitepapers, and demand generation assets. The role also involves delivering sales enablement, supporting event marketing, and developing Glean prompts, Agents, automated workflows, actions, and tools to drive adoption. Collaboration with marketing colleagues and customer success teams for integrated campaigns is also key.

What you'd actually do

  1. Research and understand our customers in target departments. Learn their use cases, their KPIs, and their approach to AI-powered productivity. Create persona materials for sales enablement.
  2. For each targeted department, develop a comprehensive plan to address buyer personas, solution-specific messaging, outbound lead generation strategy, and partnership strategy.
  3. Build-out a complete set of assets for the target audience(s), including sales enablement tools, website copy, whitepapers, demos, demand generation assets, etc.
  4. Deliver sales enablement and support event marketing and key sales opportunities.
  5. Develop/curate a set of Glean prompts, Agents, automated workflows, actions, and tools that drive Glean adoption.
  6. Work closely with marketing colleagues and customer success teams to deliver integrated customer-focused marketing campaigns to drive customer adoption across departments

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS solution product marketing
  • Department-level product marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in ROI-based selling and the creation of ROI-focused marketing materials
  • Working knowledge of key applications and systems used in one or more target departments, including one or more of: engineering, sales, support, hr, operations, supply chain
  • Stellar written and verbal communication, with experience simplifying concepts and influencing stakeholders, and impeccable attention to detail

  • BA/BS in engineering, business, or a related degree, and/or MBA
