Cohere is seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for AI products, focusing on driving adoption and business growth for strategic deals. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, and RAG, and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage product launches, create sales enablement materials, and conduct competitive analysis. The goal is to increase market share and competitiveness by optimizing marketing strategies and enabling sales teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with product managers and sellers to understand the key value proposition and target markets and devise strategies to drive demand and increase close rates
  2. Execute on marketing campaigns, promotions, content marketing initiatives, and build sales trainings/collateral
  3. Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all content
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver content on time and aligned with business objectives
  5. Oversee strategic product launches from beta thru GA, ensuring targets are met
  6. Enable sales teams at all levels on Cohere’s value proposition and messaging
  7. Conduct competitive analysis to inform product development, pricing, and marketing activities

Skills

Required

  • Experience with LLMs and RAG
  • Deep understanding of large enterprises and their unique challenges
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in Enterprise software and SaaS
  • High level of technical acumen and understanding of complex technologies
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a strong sense of conviction and diplomacy
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong sense of ownership
