The role involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent for hardware manufacturing, assembly, and engineering roles to support the company's AI-powered operating system and advanced defense technology.

What you'd actually do

  2. Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective manufacturing talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication, effectively conveying Anduril's mission and the impact of our opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of manufacturing and production engineering roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
  4. Partner effectively with recruiters to understand specific role requirements, production demands, and align sourcing strategies with broader operational and product development goals.
  5. Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting
  • proven track record of hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions about strategy
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing within startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries
  • Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies
  • Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision
  • Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly
  • Communicates directly and succinctly, sharing information promptly to foster collaboration
