The role is for a Sourcer, Supply Chain (Contract) at Anduril, a defense technology company.   3. Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of supply chain roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
  4. Partner effectively with recruiters to understand specific role requirements, strategic procurement goals, and align sourcing strategies with broader operational objectives.
  5. Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting
  • proven track record of hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and processes, including strategic sourcing, new product introduction (NPI) procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics.
  • Familiarity with roles like Product Sourcing Engineers, Global Sourcing Managers, Supplier Industrialization and Engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions about strategy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in supply chain or procurement recruitment within startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
  • Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.
