The Sourcing Manager for Card Benefits Insurance in LAC will lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial strategy for insurance benefits within Card Benefits Products across the Latin America & Caribbean region. This role partners with Product and Commercial Solutions Services teams to ensure sourcing of insurance benefits delivers strong commercial outcomes, risk mitigation, scalability, and high-quality cardholder experiences, operating within a global, matrixed organization and advancing Visa’s Card Benefits value proposition.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and lead the Card Benefits Insurance sourcing strategy for LAC, aligned with regional product direction and local market needs.
  2. Lead supplier selection processes, including RFPs, negotiations, and contracting for insurance services supporting Card Benefits Products.
  3. Establish and lead supplier relationship management (SRM) for strategic insurance partners across LAC.
  4. Deliver and track measurable value, including savings, revenue-enabling benefits, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction.
  5. Contribute as a senior team member within Global Sourcing LAC, supporting capability building, best-practice sharing, and cross-category collaboration.
