Special Initiatives Manager, Leadership Support Services

Google Google · Big Tech · Mountain View, CA +1

This role focuses on operational management and security initiatives within Google's Leadership Support Services. While it leverages AI-driven tools and advanced analytics to synthesize data, inform stakeholders, and automate workflows, the core function is not the direct development or research of AI models. The role involves integrating AI initiatives into executive protection and support, managing crisis activations, and driving operational effectiveness through data insights and process standardization. The primary output is enhanced operational security and support, not AI models themselves.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary operational bridge between leadership support and cross-functional partners to ensure time-critical results.
  2. Manage high-level situational awareness and information flow during crisis activations, leveraging AI-driven tools and automated workflows to synthesize data and keep stakeholders and management leads consistently informed of real-time developments.
  3. Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning frameworks to translate complex operational data into actionable insights, while developing, scaling, and automating process documentation to standardize operations and ensure continuity across security functions.
  4. Execute specialized projects for C-suite leadership—specifically the integration of AI initiatives, predictive modeling, and automation to enhance effectiveness within the Executive Protection (EP) and Executive Support Center (ESC) realms—and provide supplemental support to the ESC as business requirements dictate.
  5. Drive the integration of AI initiatives, advanced analytics, and process automation to deliver insights, standardize security workflows, and execute projects for LSS in support of executive safety.
