This role involves partnering with Account Executives to drive complex customer engagements across the full sales cycle, positioning Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in digital marketing technology, enterprise SaaS sales, and value-based selling, with experience orchestrating large deal teams and leveraging internal specialists. Responsibilities include acting as a Marketing Cloud specialist, shaping account strategy, leading discovery conversations, building trusted advisor relationships, and driving pipeline creation and accurate forecasting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the Marketing Cloud specialist for strategic enterprise accounts across Austria
  2. Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Key Account Managers to shape account strategy and drive complex deal cycles
  3. Position Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce solutions through strategic, value-based selling and executive engagement
  4. Lead discovery conversations with senior customer stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, CRM, Data, and Customer Experience functions
  5. Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by understanding business objectives, organizational priorities, and transformation initiatives

Skills

Required

  • Proven success in Enterprise SaaS or Software Sales
  • Strong experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise solutions
  • Experience working in specialist overlay or matrix sales organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence large enterprise buying groups
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, customer engagement, or marketing automation technologies
  • Consistent track record of overachieving quota and revenue goals
  • Excellent sales methodology, pipeline management, and forecasting skills
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating across large, cross-functional sales organizations
  • Fluent German and English language skills
